Where Spanish culture comes to life in Winnipeg!
The Spanish Club of Winnipeg, a local not-for-profit organization founded in 1978, fosters a vibrant community. Our members enjoy language and dance classes, a convivial atmosphere celebrating Spanish culture, and a vital role as a reference point for Spanish newcomers.
As a trusted partner of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), we assist arriving Spanish immigrants. The MPNP values our role as a bridge between new arrivals and successful integration into Manitoba society.
Recognized by the Spanish Embassy in Ottawa, we represent the Spanish community in our province. Their generous contributions support our social activities and maintain a vital connection with our country of origin.
While our mission centres on preserving Spanish culture and language, membership welcomes all. Our diverse community includes Spaniards, South and Central Americans, and Canadians drawn to our rich culture.
The Spanish Club hosts cultural events, including Fiesta de Los Tres Reyes Magos and Tapas nights. Saturdays, except in July and August, serve as a gathering place for members to socialize, play dominoes, and enjoy Spanish entertainment. We are proud to have organized the Spain Pavilion during Folklorama, a world-renowned ethnic festival.
Join us, become a member, and experience the enriching social connectivity of The Spanish Club of Winnipeg. Open Saturdays at 4 pm until the last domino goes back in the box, our annual membership fee is $70 from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. Stay updated on our upcoming events and follow us on Facebook.
